This eight unit complex is a deluxe vacation getaway located on exclusive Longboat Key. Just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment of St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota. Features include a beautiful Gulf front community with modern, comfortable decorations, and a private patio to soak in the warm Florida breeze.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Villas of Avignon #104 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to 10 fully-lit Har-Tru tennis courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the Cedars Cafe and Tiki Bar and community fitness center.

However, visitors seeking flip-flop friendly eateries will take comfort in the key's cafes, diners and ethnic restaurants. Longboat Key restaurants include: Harry's Continental Kitchen (.04 miles), Euphemia Haye Restaurant (.1 miles), Blue Dolphin Caf? (.3 miles), MarVista Backside Restaurant and Pub (2.5 miles) or The Dry Dock Waterfront Grill (7 miles).

Local Attractions: Although Longboat Key is a locale that prizes its tranquil nights and lazy beach days, it also offers lively vacationers plenty of chances to stir things up with attractions and activities for all age groups. Some of our attractions include: Mote Aquarium (7.7 miles), St. Armand's Circle (8.7 miles), Marie Selby Botanical Gardens (11.9 miles), Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall (12 miles) or John and Mable Ringling Museum Complex (14.6 miles).

Just love this Place , We came for 7 nights and ended up 12 , Did Not Want to go home .

What a fabulous get away for all of us. Plenty to do for those who wanted something other than a relaxing day on the beach. The weather was PERFECT!!! Great restaurants, shopping and time connecting with friends. Plenty of space in the beautifully decorated condo. Will be back.

Pleasantly surprised with the wonderful spacious layout. Really enjoyed having two stories and the bedrooms all upstairs. Plenty of room and quiet with multiple guests. Walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and the beach sunsets were amazing. Only steps away.

We spent the holiday here with two families. We had a fantastic time, great weather, wonderful food and plenty of room for two families. We enjoyed the beach and loved being able to walk to restaurants and the Cedars workout facility.

This condo is a real find!! It's so spacious and perfect for large families or multiple couples to enjoy. Decor is beautifully done. Within walking distance of terrific restaurants, a beautiful park, and a couple of stores. Beach is an easy walk and seconds away.
